SESSION OVERVIEW


Get creative, get active and even start a challenge with family or friends. Pick an exercise and perform as many reps as you can keeping strict form and precision. Record your score and through the predetermined session, day, week or month begin to fill out the grid. Remember do not let the movement break down!  Exercise examples include but do not limit to squats, press up, jump rope 100s, pull-ups, burpees, etc.
